I was wondering about the capabilities of the ServiceNow connector that you have in catalog.
Could the connector be used for listening on incident statuses and filtering on incident fields?
The use case I had in mind was using ServiceNow incident data as a source for either
- DM dashboard
- Using DM as a gateway for ServiceNow incident data and publishing the data further as an API to some other services that we have in use
