Hi Guys.
I am having an issue where the polling interval of Dataminer cube keeps resetting to 100ms instead of the 1000ms. I normally try to run Dataminer with 2000-3000 as it runs a lot more stable on a slower remote connection.
The main problem is when you go to log on with the 100ms, it takes an age to log on and the application becomes unresponsive which becomes frustrating.
My current workaround is to disable the "Automatic reconnect after connection loss" under the Connection page of the settings.

Besides the fact that the setting should not be reset, DataMiner Cube should not take a longer time to log on and go unresponsive when you configure a polling interval of 100ms.
I believe we'd better investigate via a collaboration task, so we can look a both problems you experience. Are you familiar with creating one or do you need some assistance?
