The plugins menu item is greyed out in Visual Studio (see screenshot). I am logged in, and other DIS functionality is working correctly. I also tried updating DIS (v3.1.4), but this did not solve the issue. Any suggestions?

Hi Jim,
The plugins menu item should always be enabled and some items under it such as Add after startup should get enabled if you are in a protocol solution.
After closer inspection of the implementaiton, it appears that currently a validation is done that is too strict so the menu subitems do not always get added to the Plugins menu items. This will be fixed in the next release so that the plugins that are described in Plugins will be available.
