We had encountered that when a service which was created by script was under one view
So when we restart the dataminer or do failover it comes to the main view and gets removed from the existing view in one of legs of agent. Do know what is the reason

Can you please double-check if the (windows server) time on both the servers from the failover pair is exactly the same?
Also, verify if both servers sync to the same NTP server.
If both conditions above are ok, you might have found a software issue.
