How is it possible to move/migrate elements from one Agent to another Agent in the same cluster without loosing their settings and historical data?

Migrating elements between Agents
System Center -> Agents -> Status -> Migrate is what you are looking for, however, it is important to know that depending on its "size" (trend, alarms, etc.) it is a process that can take a looong time, do a test with small elements to see how it works first 🙂
