Hi DOJO

Sometimes the content of Task Manager gets dropped of an element using the Microsoft Protocol.

In the attached GIF you can see the moment they come back. It seems to be random when they drop and return.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Elian,
Please could you let us know the driver version that you are currently using for that element?
Thanks!

Elian Vantomme [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 25th June 2024

Hi Miguel
The version of the protocol is 1.1.3.20

Hi Elian,

Could you try the latest version for that driver range (currently 1.1.3.23)? Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue after updating the driver.

Thanks!

Update: Screenshot timeout settings:

fffff

Hi Miguel

Trying to change the version to 1.1.3.23, still keeps it at 1.1.3.20. When reopening the the Protocols & Templates app, it also indicates that it is on 1.1.3.20.
When I try to view the elements tab inside the app it freezes Cube.

Maybe something goes wrong with settings the version?
EDIT: Successfully changed the version, the element was not on the production version.

Hi Elian,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you are able to reproduce the issue with the Task Manager table with the new driver version.

Elian Vantomme [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 25th June 2024

Hi Miguel

Unfortunately, the issue still persists. So the table gets dropped and then after 2 to 3 seconds it returns.

Miguel Obregon [SLC] [DevOps Catalyst] commented 25th June 2024

Hi Elian,
One last test, please could set the timeout of a single command to something higher than 1.5 seconds (1500 ms), for example 60 seconds (60 000 ms).
(see screenshot in my updated answer as reference)
In case the issue still persists, please could you report this issue to Techsupport team (techsupport@skyline.be), and include me in CC (miguel.obregon@skyline.be)
Thanks
