Hi,
my maps server and configuration works fine if I reach them via the URL.
I want to place the Maps in dahsboard. I created dashboard with Maps element and config file but when I open dashboard the basic world map layout is not displayed. I just see grey area.
The toggle groups and underlaying layers are displayed but I miss basic world contour map.
I tried to change config but without any change.
DMA version:10.2.0.0-12603-CU11

Does it work when opening a web browser and entering http://your-dma/dashboards/db/maps.asmx?
In Cube it could use Internet Explorer or an old Chromium based browser engine, both are not supported anymore to display maps.
We recommend to configure Edge as default browser in Cube, see these instructions on how to do this. You might need to install the WebView2 Runtime if you don’t have it already (Windows 11 has it by default).
