Hello,

Is there any intention to add a Severity Duration or Alarm Duration (time since root alarm) to the available columns for the Low Code App alarm table? We have a use case where our operators have to meet an SLA and would like to see a “count up” clock from when the alarm occured.

Hi Jim,
I noticed that this question has been open for some time. Do you still need this feature? If so, could you provide some more information, as asked by Pieter?

Hi Jim,

Adding Severity Duration or Alarm duration to the standard alarm console component as a column is not on the short list today, but maybe there is something we can do with a query and custom operator on the Alarm data source.

What time ‘resolution’ would you need? Would that be ‘1sec’? or is 15/30/60 sec acceptable as well?

Do you apply filtering on the alarm lists? About how many alarms will you have approx. in your lists?
