Low Code App – How to get Clock to update

Hi,

In version 10.2.8.0 when I add a Digital Clock to a Low Code app the time shown does not update unless the window has focus and the user is moving the mouse around so it can appear that the App has frozen. On a traditional dashboard the clock continues to update even when the window does not have focus or is in the background.

Is there a way to set the Clock element on a Low Code app to refresh/update all the time?

Thanks

Hello Paul,

This was indeed an issue that has been fixed in 10.3.4. Sadly, there is no workaround for this in your version.

That’s correct. And as with every fix, we include this in a cumulative update for our main release versions as well: 10.2 (CU13) and 10.3 (CU1).
