LCA – Web component limit to visualize documents

Hi Dojo,

We are doing some testing to visualize documents (.pdf) in a LCA with a Web component. We detected that, if document has around 2,5 MB or more, the component is not able to show the file. Do you know if system has any limit on this component?

Thanks!

Hi Daniel,

How are you adding the PDF to the Web component; is it stored on the DMA itself or somewhere else? Loading a PDF of 2.5MB should work without problems from the LCA side.

Hello Wout, files are stored on the DMA, and LCA reads this file selecting a "row" of a grid component. Note that files with 1 or 2 MB are been showed.

I'm not aware of any limitations when hosted on the DMA itself. I suggest you get in touch with tech support (support@dataminer.services) so that we can look into this.
