I would like to launch the ticket app from within the Dataminer dashboard using a button.
The button can execute and automation script. Is there a way to open the Ticket App using automation? I have the ticket app url.
https://[MyDataMiner]/Dashboards or http://[MyDataMiner]/Dashboards, depending on the setup.

Hi Randy,
This is not possible in a dashboard and executing an automation script (which is currently behind a soft launch flag) will no longer be possible in the upcoming main release (probably 10.3).
Instead we suggest to use a low-code app for this. Low-code apps can have buttons that do all sorts of things (including navigating to another URL).
