Hey All,

I've deployed the GV AMPP Manager to my DataMiner agent and I incorrectly entered the API key details. I can't seem to fix this and this is what I see:

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the application but this box still pops up. Any ideas?

You will need to install the Cube desktop app, and look to see if you have an element running the Grass Valley AMPP Manager connector. You can find this in Cube by going to Apps -> Protocols & Templates, and it'll be in the far right column.

If you do find an element there, try deleting it and trying the API configuration again.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to go through and delete every reference to GV AMPP that you find. First making sure you delete the GV AMPP Manager app, and then finding and deleting every reference to it that you can find in Cube - which should be in Automation, Documents, and Protocols and Templates.

This should allow you to do a clean install of the app again, and hopefully enter the API configuration details to successfully create the new element.

Just changing the key in the AMPP Manager you created should work.
