Hello Community!
We want to connect our DMS with a directory on Microsoft SharePoint for file generation and easy access.
I can see that there is a connector associated with Microsoft SharePoint - https://catalog.dataminer.services/details/98f5008f-92c6-487d-8f34-8fccca236ef8
However, the last update was in 2017 (around 8 years ago) - So, I was wondering if this connector is still functional. Or if there is another Microsoft connector that has replaced this one. Additionally, if it is still functional, could someone explain the steps on how to add it to a DMA, As it's not entirely clear in the catalog.

Thanks!

Hi Amber,
We've had a look into the connector and are able to present you somewhat an answer.
It appears the connector was very specifically created for internal Skyline usage as indicated in the documentation by 'It is meant for communication with Skyline DCP and Intranet'.
So I'm afraid that this might not be the element / connector you're looking for in order to achieve your ultimate goal.
We do can state that from a DataMiner technical perspective it's perfectly possible to connect to a given SharePoint system. It will however not be this particular connector as it was very fixed build for Skyline systems and our SharePoint systems will most likely look different from yours (different lists, properties, etc.).
We can always open the conversation to come to a solution that would serve your needs.
Best regards,
Brecht
I get the impression that this question has already been answered in the comments. If this is indeed the case, could you select this answer to indicate that the question can be closed?
Hi Amber,
We're looking into this and we'll come back to you in the upcoming days regarding this topic.
