Is it normal that a user can’t reset a Latched Alarm when the only child alarm is masked?

Just curious if this is expected or if it is a bug.

Hi Shawn,

Just tested against 10.3.12.0 and see the same behavior.

This seems to me as a design choice as the masked alarm is still linked to the view. Moving the element out of the view resets the latch but bringing it back restores it.
