Information Event won’t trigger the Correlation Rule

Hi,

I have a test Correlation Rule that is configured to be triggered by Information Events. I have the "Accept information events" checkbox ticked. However, from my testing I couldn't get the correlation rule to be triggered by information events.

FYI - for testing purpose I configured the alarm template to generate the information events when the test params change value.

What have I done wrong?

Hi Trong, can you share the rest of the details for the alarm template entries?
Did you enable alarming for those parameters or not?

Hi Trong,

In the alarmfilter section of your correlation rule you need to check the option "Trigger on single events. Don't maintain active tree status".
