IDP – Restarting element

After restarting the Dataminer IDP element, it would seem that I'm no longer getting responses for things such as taking backups as shown below:

And also the show backups, doesn't show any previously taken backups. It seems as though the UI is ok for starting actions but is not updating with the messages such as the above.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Sion

Restarting the IDP application should not be causing any issue

Do you see any alarm or error appearing in your alarm console or the log file?

Additionally, could you check under Admin > Configuration > Network Shares if the Connections Status is stating Connected?
