IAM user credentials with CloudWatch Connector on Dataminer

Hi, We have deployed CloudWatch connector on Dataminer in AWS. There is a dedicated IAM user( with security credentials: access key and secret) that we created with CloudWatch full access policy set for IAM user. This access key and secret have been set on Dataminer (session key is not applicable for IAM user so not sure what to provide here). CloudWatch element is still timing out and not connecting with Dataminer. We can observe that when I provide the SSO user credentials, it works but does not work with IAM user credentials even though policy permissions provide full access to CloudWatch. Any suggestions/help here is much appreciated.

Hi Gowrish, there seems to be an issue when switching between authentication types in the element. When creating a new element (or duplicating) and setting the correct authentication method immediately should work for all authentication types.
