I have recently upgrade our iDirect Platform is there any updates for the iDirect platform?

After recent upgrade to the iDirect platform to 4.5.1.1 we are unable to see any of the iDirect sites or hub information. The mariadb has been upgraded from 5.5.68 to 10.11.13. I can see sql request going out and can see the replies from iDirect but Dataminer is not seeing them or is not recognizing the reply.

Good day! Sorry to hear that following the upgrade your monitoring isn't working as expected.

You should reach out to your TAM/PO and raise this to them so they can develop a plan to address any changes that might be needed. Normally with my customers we catch these issues offline, in a Lab NMS and Staging DMS. This allows both Skyline and the customer a way to address those breaking upgrades and make the needed adjustments before they come across to production.

Do you have a link to the protocol and version you are using from our catalog? In example… Seems 10.0.7.37 is the latest of this version of the protocol https://catalog.dataminer.services/details/adb562cd-88b8-4c3c-bad5-11037b319727

Shawn thank you for you reply we are currently running 10.0.1.74. it looks like we are someway behind. I will have a look at that and see if that might help.
