how to use sliding window alarm – severity duration

We have an inquiry about the Alarm Console.

We’ve created Sliding window with the settings on below by adding an alarm console on Settings

We’ve checked same two alarms on that window and Alarms of last day tap, and the “Severity Duration” on the Sliding window has been increased even after the alarm had been cleared, while the Severity Duration on the tap has stopped. Why this happened?

Hi HyungMo,

The “Severity Duration” is calculated clientside. In the sliding window tab you created, you filter out all alarms with a ‘Normal’ severity. In case an alarm gets cleared, the cleared alarm (which has the severity ‘Normal’) will be rejected and nor the alarm nor its severity duration will be updated. In the other tabpage you created, it seems like all alarms are accepted and thus the alarm and its duration will be updated.
