Hi HyungMo! Would you be able to provide the Protocol and it’s version number you are working with? We have several different matrix drivers and depending on which you are using, the approach may differ. Also the version of DataMiner you are on might also be useful. Thanks!

Hi HyungMo! For your specific use case, the most straightforward way is maybe to use the router control app:

This will allow you to create a custom router control in which you can define your matrix. This router control can then be embedded in Visio. Documentation on how to embed the router control in the Visual Overview can be found in: Embedding a router control component
