Hi,

is it possible to use Engine engine available in automation script in an Ad Hoc data source ?

Hi Bernard,

The engine object is only available in actual automation scripts. In GQI adhoc data sources and custom operators this is not available.

However, there is the possibility to send SLNet messages to retrieve data from the DMS. This is explained here: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Advanced_Modules/Dashboards_and_Low_Code_Apps/GQI/Extensions/Ad_hoc_data/Ad_hoc_Tutorials_GQIDMS.html
