Hi everyone,

I’m using the AlarmTemplateHelper class to add alarms to rows in a table.

Here’s how I’m creating the alarms and updating the template:

This is working as expected. However I’m having some issues with table parameters.

The issue is because the default alarm template contains the following:

Does anyone know the correct way to do this?

Hi Jose,
Is this alarm template used in an alarm template group?
Checking the screenshot, it seems that you are not monitoring the ‘Included’ rows (the ones with the wildcard ‘*’). If the alarm template is not used in an alarm template group, you could try removing them. If possible, try to duplicate first the alarm template before performing these changes.
Hope it helps.

Hi Miguel,
Thanks for your message.

The screenshot is from an alarm template. This alarm template will be used in a group, but it is not the “combined” alarm template.
By removing that row or moving that row until the end it works. But I’d like not to do it manually.
We have quite a lot of templates that we have this issue….
