A customer doesn't want to install Elasticsearch on staging agent, which has a valid license for ticketing. Now they want to get rid of the runtime errors, becasue of the missing indexing engine. How can ticketing be turned off/on?

Hi Dominik,
The best option here is to contact our licensing team at dataminer.licensing@skyline.be and ask to disable the ticketing option so they can provide you a new license file.
Don't forget to send the Customer name and DMA ID so they can quickly identify the server.
