How to trigger the process to offload files after DB recovery to the local DB

Hi community,

If a DMA switches to file-based offload mode due to a database disconnection, and then the connection is restored (long time after), but the files remain in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Offload

Is there a way to manually trigger the offload process again, other than restarting the DMA?

Hi Jaime,

Unfortunately, the only way to trigger the push of the offloaded data to the database is to restart the DMA.
