Hi,
A DMS upgraded to DataMiner 10.1.4.0 -10077 Feature Release (a message at the end confirmed a successful upgrade) is no longer showing the surveyor for any user group.
In addition to this, the tab Views, under the Groups Permissions, is empty:
The Views.xml file seems fine across the cluster (all views and elements are listed as before).
Signing off and on (clearing the browser cache) did not solve anything.
What could be done to troubleshoot this?

This turned out to be a conflict between the SLNet and SLXml modules when starting the DataMiner via the "Start" button on the "Could not connect to the DataMiner Agent" dialog in Cube. While the views configuration was still ok, loading the file into memory failed.
Workaround is to restart the DataMiner Agent via Cube System Center, or from SLTaskBarUtility.
A fix has been made to prevent this issue from occurring (RN29665)
I have the same issue time by time, this workaround works for me (DataMiner 10.2.9.0-12154). Thank you
