How to recover the surveyor view on DataMiner 10.1.4?

Hi,

A DMS upgraded to DataMiner 10.1.4.0 -10077 Feature Release (a message at the end confirmed a successful upgrade) is no longer showing the surveyor for any user group.

In addition to this, the tab Views, under the Groups Permissions, is empty:

The Views.xml file seems fine across the cluster (all views and elements are listed as before).

Signing off and on (clearing the browser cache) did not solve anything.

What could be done to troubleshoot this?

Hi Joao,

This may be a Cube issue. Could you try the following:

  1. Start with checking for errors in Cube logging;
  2. Connect to the DMA using XBAP Cube (preferably with Administrator account);
  3. Run "Clean DataMiner Cube XBAP Cache in http://<dmaip>/root/tools;
  4. Uninstall and reinstall Standalone Cube;
  5. Connect with HTML5 app.
