How to operationally cluster 02 subscription based DMSs?

A subscription can be either hosted by Skyline or Self hosted by customer. If a customer have two DMSs, both subscriptions, one being self-hosted and the other Skyline hosted, how can these two subscriptions DMSs can be clustered together to form a single operational E-2-E single pane of glass? What are Skyline recommendations?

Yes, that's possible, no problem. You need of course a site to site VPN.
