Hi all,

I want to integrate 2 elements in the PTP app using DCF and configured the connections (see below). This is how the Topology tab in the PTP app looks like:

Shouldn’t the connection line be visible on the Topology tab or am I missing something?
The DMS Element IDs are the correct ones and the interfaces exist on the corresponding elements.

Thanks!

Hi Stijn,

When everything is setup correct in the Visual Overview(see docs) then it comes down to creating the connections.

The biggest pitfall here is that external connections exist twice. Once from source to destination and once from destination to source. This does not apply to internal connections.

Configuring the connections through the tables means you need to alter the other table as well. Configuring the connections through the ‘Connectivity’ tab will automatically take care of this.

I configured the connections through the Connectivity tab and now it shows the connection line. Thanks!
