If it's only temporary and/or for testing purposes, then the DataMiner ID is not that important, and you can choose the ID yourself. One important thing is that within a DMS, each DMA must have a unique DataMiner ID.
If you want to get a unique DataMiner ID, registered by Skyline, you can reach out to dataminer.licensing@skyline.be, also for testing purposes.
We are also working at automating this process (via a new installer which will become available soon), and potentially you can already get a next available DataMiner ID via a web API. I'll double check if that is already publicly available, and if so, I'll come back to this here.

I'm not sure if I fully understood your question, but if you're looking to have a DataMiner instance for testing purposes, you can create a DaaS (DataMiner as a Service).

i m going to install Dataminer latest version but it require a Dataminer id which i think only can be provide by skyline and they are demanding a organization details for but as a individual i am trying to create custom Dataminer protocol and my own agent for understand workflow.so can i can get a temporary id or another way to complete these things please guide
