How to get access to a DMS on dataminer.services?

I have access to a DMS with Cube with admin rights. The system is cloud connected. When clicking on the 'Open Cloud Admin' (link from 'System Center' => 'Cloud') it is not bringing me to the DataMiner system. I'm expecting that it is because my dataminer.services account is not yet added to the organization or DataMiner system. Currently I have no idea who has the rights to add me in dataminer.services. How can I request the people that have access on dataminer.services to add me?

Hi,

The URL in the Cloud section in System center should indeed direct you to the admin page for the corresponding system, however if you do not have access with your user this will not work for obvious reasons. It is currently not possible to see who has access on dataminer.services from within DataMiner

I'll forward this post to the relevant product owners as feedback for improvement.

Kind regards,
