How to correct Timeout Element?

My PIRD(Ericsson) ping is coming but still it is showing in timeout state?

It is getting open in web.

What are the other parameters can i check?

Hi Naveen,

first you can have a look if there is some communication error when looking into DataMiners stream viewer.

Right Click Element>View>Steam Viewer

yes i checked there it was showing error!

If not, what is the error message and what type of communication is used (HTTP/SNMP etc.)?
