How to automate a flow on top of Collaboration?

Solved440 views4th June 2024Power Automate Project Collaboration

I would like to automate a custom flow e.g. via power automate whenever something specific happens on Collaboration. For example when a Task is created under a specific project.

Is this possible? Has this been done before?

How / suggestions / tips… anything is welcome.

Hi Mieke,

Let me share my experience.
I do have flows in Power Automate that monitors the following:
– shared domain support mailbox, when a new topic/mail comes in
– DOJO questions based on words filtering (such as DOM or SRM or Process Automation)
– domain mails that are sent directly to the domain.
Screenshot:

I believe it should be possible to subscribe/monitor collaboration tasks.

The input/start of your flow will be the mail that is sent to your mailbox.
Or something that Office/MS 365 can have access to.

The fundamental part in your flow will likely be “Content Conversion”.
Example of the DOJO flow I have:

I hope this will help you further

kind regards,
