History alarm list – New Dashboards

Hello Dojo!

I want to have a list of history alarms for a service over the last 30 days. In the legacy reports & dashboards, we were able to create a PDF with this information. Howerver, with the new Dashboards, I have tried using the alarm table component, but it takes too long to load and often fails. Additionally, when generating the report directly from the dashboard, I receive a error 500 instead of the alarm list.

Could you please suggest a workaround? I have also tried using queries, but the results were similar.

For your reference, we are using version 10.4 CU6, and I can quickly access a list of alarms over the last 30 days on Dataminer Cube.

Hi Yahya,

Can you try using this adhoc data source: SLC-GQIDS-ServiceHistoryAlarms.

Hope it helps.

Hi Miguel,
I can’t access the link you shared, nor can I find the history alarm adhoc data source on GitHub. Is the link public?

Hi Yahya,
The repository should be public now. Please let us know if you are able to access the repository.
Thanks!

I can confirm that It's working fine with the ad-hoc query, it's optimized enough to get the list of alarms quick. Thank you Miguel!
