I have tried adding a source to VOS with both the v1.1.1.37 and v1.1.1.52 connectors and both have the same error. If you click the "Submit Source" button(param 2601) this button is tied to Quick Action 998 except that Quick Action 998 does not have a handler for the button/trigger and logs
"DateTime|SLManagedScripting.exe|ManagedInterop|ERR|0|5|QA998|Run|Trigger not supported: 2601" The source is then never added. Unsure if there is a newer connector without this issue or if this Quick Action even needs to be triggered

Had a quick look at version 1.1.1.52 of the Harmonic VOS connector, and indeed it seems that QA998 doesn't have any logic to handle that trigger. Though, QA 2601 also triggers on that button parameter and has some logic that is being executed after that trigger.
Nevertheles there seems to be an error in the connector. I would recommend to reach out to your technical account manager. A developer that has experience with this device can then have a look at it and fix the problem.
