GQI Real-Time Updates Ceasing Despite Active WebSocket Connection

Hello Community,

We are experiencing an issue where a GQI real-time data source stops updating after a period of initial activity. While the page loads in LCA and functions correctly at first, the table eventually stops reflecting new data.

Diagnostic Steps Taken:

  • Browser Developer Tools: The WebSocket connection remains in an "Open" state in the Network tab.

  • Network Analysis (Wireshark): Traffic logs confirm the connection is still active, showing consistent "ping-pong" packets.

  • Scripting: We have attempted some corrections within the data processing script, but these have not resolved the stalling issue.

Despite the connection remaining alive at the protocol level, the data stream appears to cease. Has anyone encountered this behavior?

Hi Junior,

If the real-time updates work initially, they should keep working if nothing goes wrong with the connection or data source.
