Gateway timeout on DataMiner Cloud connection

Solved92 views3 days agoCloud Connected Agents

Hi, for a connection to a cloud-connected DataMiner Agent, via the *.on.dataminer.services URL, I keep repeatedly hitting a "504 Gateway TimeOut" error when trying to connect DataMiner Cube to this agent.

This happens both for retrieving the cube version linked to this server, but also if eventually the correct version was downloaded, this same timeout regularly happens when Cube connects to the server.

Occasionally, the connection succeeds, and I can see data and do actual work in Cube.

What are the possible causes for this?

Which steps can I take to prevent this error?
