Facing some challenges while setting up the alarm template

I am facing some challenges while setting up the alarm template for our infrastructure.

I want to receive an alert only if both instances are in the OFF state. Currently, with my existing configuration, I get an alert when either instance goes to OFF, but I need to be notified only when both instances are down.

Can anyone help me achieve the alert configuration I want?

'All rows' can give the wrong impression here. For cells in the same table this actually means it links per row, so the condition column parameter and the monitored column parameter are two cells from the same row.

Dear Jerayam,

I think it works only if you know the IDX for the two rows.
In this case you should use Single row and use and AND or OR to specify you two conditions
