I  believe there is no out-of-the-box option to export only the documents. A possible workaround is to extract the document from a DataMiner backup. A .dmbackup file is essentially a zip file, so you can easily extract the required files from there.

Another option is create an automation script (combined with a scheduled task) to export the document.
