Hello,
The SLAnalytics log file is spammed with these exceptions. Could you help understand what these errors mean and if they have serious affects on our DMA ?

We are aware that these errors seem to pop-up in certain circumstances. We are still investigating why and when they exactly occur, but as far as we know they do not seriously impact SLAnalytics or any other part of the system. So, for now, I would say you can safely ignore the error.
