Sometimes when we try to login on dataminer we receive the next error:
Error: The network path doesnt exist
Do you know why happends this?

You need to provide more details on this to get the support. You may have a network drive connected for backups or some other purposes, and that may be resulting in the errors.
Provide the details on the DataMiner version you are using and also the details of your setup. You can capture some screenshots and also the log files. You can use the Knowledge Base section of the Dojo Resources - DataMiner Dojo for basic troubleshooting.
Also if you do have a maintenance and support contract then feel free to raise a task with our support teams to help you on this. Hope this helps.
