Enhanced Service Element Status no longer updated

Solved359 views22nd August 2024enhanced services

I have an enhanced service that uses PID 3 (from the documentation) to create a table on the status of the elements included in the service. This was working great until recently, when it suddenly no longer gets set. I verified this by using development logging on the service element, and when the service increased its alarm level, no set was made.

This only happens on some services, and I verified that on other services running the same service template, they work and are set properly. If I duplicate the non-working service with a different name, generate the alarm, it works. Only the old services no longer work.

Any idea why this happened, or any avenue to fix it? Thanks in advance.

We were unable to discover the cause of the issue, but the recreation of the services has resumed updates on the service without issues.
