I have an automation script that emails a dashboard every 8 hours. What I notice is that sometimes the dashboard is completely blank. And other times we have the data from the dashboard in the PDF that is emailed correctly configured.
Is there any steps I can take to ensure the data is fully loaded into the PDF every time?
When loading the dashboard on a browser I do notice it takes ~10/20 seconds to load up when visiting the page.

Thanks for reaching out, this definitely isn't right. I'm not sure what DataMiner version you're using, but if you're a few versions behind, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version. If it keeps occurring, please reach out to your Skyline contact or to Support so that we can further investigate this, we might need a copy of your dashboard or we might have to connect to your system to debug it.
Indeed, a lot of improvements have been done in 10.2.12.
