I have mailed to dataminer.licensing@skyline.be for DMA ID 3 days before, as when I am installing Dataminer Agent it is asking DMA ID but till now I did not get any response. How long it will take to get the response ?

Hi Ashok,
Please be informed that the Licensing Group is available from Monday - Friday, mainly during CET business hours. However, we also have urgent license requests covered across all time zones. During weekends some delay is expected, but I'm sure the Licensing team will get in touch with you still today. Thank you for your understanding!
