What would be the best steps to upgrade a DM9.5 system to DM10.0?
Is it necessary to upgrade to DM9.6 before upgrading to DM10.0?
Would all the upgrade actions for DM9.6 also be included in the DM10.0 package?
In another situation, what would be recommended to upgrade from DM10.0.0 CU2 to DM10.0.0 CU5 for example? Can I use the smaller Cumulative Update package or do I need to use the Full Upgrade package?

Upgrading main versions and skipping a version typically isn't advised but yes all the upgrade actions are present in DM10.0 that were present in the DM9.6 package.
For CU packages you can skip in between versions as long as you stay on the correct main version. E.g. don't apply a 10.0 CU1 on a 9.6 CU5.
