Difference between visible alarms in workspace and in alarm console

We have a workspace which shows alarms which are showing suppressed alarms as type “Normal”. However we don’t want these alarms to be shown in the workspace. Are there any settings that can be applied that will ignore these suppressed alarms too?

Hi Ryan,

In a card you can go to the hamburger menu and adapt the settings of your alarmconsole shown in the card. Maybe you can compare these settings with the ones of your “main” alarmconsole and see what the difference is. In case this did not resolve your problem, is it possible the add a screenshot to illustrate your problem?

Hi Michaël,

Thank you for your answer. I have found one difference between the alarm console and the custom workspace alarm console, is that one of the settings “Default alarm list” is not selected on the workspace console.

What effect does selected default alarm list have on the alarms that appear. I will set up my environment and test if this solves the issue.

Hi Ryan,

The “Default alarm list” setting does not influence the alarms. It just indicates the tabpage that should be selected when you connect.
