Deleting multiple local user accounts

What is the quickest and safest way to delete multiple local user accounts?  If this is attempted via System Center it is only possible to delete one at a time and the users folder remains in C:\Skyline Dataminer\users.

Would the best option to fully remove users be to delete the user folders in C:\Skyline Dataminer\users, although I assume this would require a restart of all DMA’s in the cluster?

Hello Paul,

The safest way to delete uses is via Cube – System Center – delete one at the time (like you have mentioned). Regarding the users folder, better is to delete it manually the next day (to be sure that you wont have any issue with synchronization) more information see dojo question: Deleting old user accounts? – DataMiner Dojo

kind Regards,

Do you know why the folder remains when you delete a user in System Center? We have over 1,000 local accounts across many clusters that we need to delete as we migrate to AD.
