Define Y axis for Trending on vision.

HI.

We open on Visio a trending page using:

  • VdxPage : Trend|popup
  • LinkOptions : With=111|Height=222

On the trending shape we use:

  • Component : Trending
  • Parameters : aaa:1000:1

How could we define Y axis?

Thanks.

It's not possible to set the y axis range through Visio shape data.

The trend graph follows the same logic as the one in data display, which is to use the user setting that's either set to auto scaling or fixed range scaling. To change the range, you can right click in the trend graph and click "Y axis settings...".

When we do a rigth clic and define manual values, the trending disapears and on the next try , the values are not changed. ( DMA release 10.5.9.0-16293).
I will contact Techsupport.

The y axis range you set manually is indeed not remembered for the next time you open it. For the trend disappearing though, we would indeed need to investigate.
