The yearly maintenance and support fee is an OPEX model.
Alternatively, Skyline can offer PAYG model (Pay-as-you-go), as e.g. a monthly cost (with a minimum contract duration) per DataMiner element, per connector, per option, etc. (depending on the offered architecture), and including the M&S as well.
