Hi,

After re-authenticating the cloud token in DataMiner Cube on an existing DataMiner system, a new DataMiner system was created in dataminer.services bricking the old existing one.

I would like to remove the newly created DMS and re-link the cloud token with the existing DMS, how can I go about doing this?

See attached images.

Thanks in advance!

To add to this question:

In the admin.dataminer.services view, the new DMS shows the following error message: "No nodes found for dms: DMS" and the previous DMS still has the DMA servers present in the overview tab.

The DMS was accidentally unregistered, instead of renewing the connection, which leaves it in an unrecoverable state. Contacting techsupport, as was done in this case, is the recommended way to resolve the issue.
