In the Cloud Admin App, one of my agents shows DataMiner Agent status "Unreachable", while the status of dataminer.services is "Reachable".
I suppose this means the CloudGateway or Orchestrator is up and running on that agent, but some part that connects to DataMiner (CoreGateway?) is broken.
Could you advise how exactly the DataMiner Agent status in the screenshot above is defined and what logs I should checks on DXM and on DataMiner side to find out the cause?

In this case the behavior is expected, because this is an offline failover agent as indicated just below. If the agent is configured as the failover agent, but is currently standby, it means that the DataMiner Agent isn't active. This in turn means the agent does not respond to the Cloud Gateway requests until it becomes the online agent.
If all agents had this 'unreachable', the cluster status would become orange on the overview page because none of the agents in the cluster can communicate successfully. The procedure to investigate remains the same whether the entire cluster or a single agent is unreachable, however.
